Here is a card that I have made using a technique I have never done before, masking.  Although it is a little bit fiddly initially (as you have to stamp and then cut the mask out), it is a really nice effect.  The flowers have been stamped using ink refills and shimmer paint.  It looks so much prettier in real life.   I have some others ready that I will post shortly.


I will be holding a class at my house at Kariong on Saturday 28 May at 2.00pm. 
This will be one of the cards that we will make on the day.  You will make 3 projects, with matching envelopes.  Cost is $15.  Please let me know if you would like to attend.


I will be posting some information shortly on my Strength & Hope Night, which will be held on Friday 17 June 2011.  We will make a couple of projects on the night and everyone will take home the Strength & Hope Stamp Set, of which Stampin' Up! are donating $2 from every stamp set sold to Breast Cancer Research, so you will also help a really worthwhile cause.
